It is fairly clean, upscale hotel and the staff is friendly attentive. The room is recently refurbished and beautifully maintained and there are particularly nice views of the mountain.

The location was fantastic and wonderful, adjacent to the city center and hiking in the area. The staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly attentive and made us feel comfortable.
The staff - some of them were very unpolite.

The room was comfy and had a cozy fireplace, great after a long day. Everything was freshly renovated and stylishly done. The spacious bathroom with a separate shower was definitely a nice touch too. Just wish the air conditioning worked better. It got a bit warm at night. The view was pretty good. It fit what we needed for our stay.

Loved the balcony with the flower boxes overlooking the mountain. Fabulous!
Our room didn't get serviced until after 3:00 p.m. every day. I think they need to hire more housekeeping staff.

The location was perfect and the public areas were great.
You could tell the rooms and room decor was a bit dated (the wall paper in the bathroom made me laugh) but everything was very clean and well maintained.

Great for a luxury getaway
The staff were excellent and helped us out at every turn, especially when we needed tips for local spots. Also got to enjoy the fireplace in our room which added a cozy touch after long days.
It wasn't cheap, but given the service we received, it felt fair.
